Apply if:

  • You are available 30-40 hours per week
  • You are a Master's student (4th-5th year), preferably in economics-related fields
  • You know English at a level allowing for fluent communication;
  • You have a good command of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • You possess logical thinking skills and analytical abilities (including the ability to analyze financial statements)
  • You are oriented in the current macroeconomic situation and key trends in leading sectors of the economy;
  • Participation in programs such as CFA, ACCA, Investment Advisor, etc. (as well as participation in the CFA Research Challenge) is welcome

 

Your tasks in this role:

  • work and the opportunity to learn from the best specialists in the field of structured finance
  • supporting experienced transaction managers in preparing financing offers, internal presentations for appropriate decision-making bodies, including the results of financial model analysis
  • participating in negotiations of financing offers and credit documentation with corporate clients and their lawyers
  • participating in internal transaction team meetings aimed at assessing the bankability of a given project
  • participating in credit committees where decisions regarding project financing are made, supporting the manager in answering committee members' questions 
  • working on financial models – assessing the substantive correctness of the model and the reality of the assumptions adopted in it, in the context of historical data and the economic situation (and macroeconomic forecasts), calculating selected financial ratios adequate to the given project/transaction
  • participating in video conferences and meetings with representatives of other banks, law firms, advisors, client representatives, etc., aimed at the broadly understood structuring of the transaction
  • acquiring data and information from business intelligence agencies, services like EMIS, analyzing this information, and drawing conclusions based on it in relation to a given project/transaction
  • cooperation with corporate clients with annual revenues from PLN 100 million, and on transactions/projects where the minimum financing value is PLN 50 million
  • active and hands-on participation in financing projects such as: syndicated loans, acquisition financing, CAPEX financing, delisting financing, buyback programs, and buy-out transaction financing.

 

You can bank on this:

  • contract of mandate (until the end of June 2026),
  • hybrid work, partly in the office in Warsaw (exact location at the beginning of the offer),
  • developmental training (e.g., building a personal brand in social media, time management)



What do onboarding and development look like?

  • We definitely won't throw you in at the deep end. We have planned an onboarding process that will include an introduction to the organization, your business unit, and tasks.
  • During the initial work period, you will be accompanied by a Buddy who will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
  • You will work in a team of specialists under the supervision of manager Kasia.

Our expectations:
