A Halfway of the TO BE MORE Mentoring Program

Join our online event and celebrate a halfway of the TO BE MORE Mentoring Program. The online meeting is dedicated not only to participating mentors and mentees of this edition. We would like to invite the whole CFA community to discuss plans for the 2021/22 edition. The official program partner is PZU.

At the halfway point of the Program our guest Olivier P. Müller, CFA, CAIA, FRM from CFA Society Switzerland will share his experience of mentoring. Oliver has played a mentor role for many years.

In addition, we will present our plans for the next edition of the Program. The mentor training path we would like to offer (Foundation) is accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and has been given an EQA European Quality Award, which for years has been a sign of quality in forming mentors.

By certification you will have access to:

• a workshop (EMCC acreditation EQA level)
• a written self-reflection
• a supervised session

Olivier P. Müller has  more  than  18  years  of  financial services industry experience, and also broad leadership experience. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics, has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006, is a CAIA Charterholder as well as a a FRM Charterholder. Oli has  been  with  Credit Suisse  since  2002  in  many  roles, including portfolio management, trading research, equityand credit research, investment strategy and most latelyhe was Head of Investment Delivery, working on advisory and  discretionary solutions as  well  as  investment communication. He has been a volunteer since 2009 with CFA Society Switzerland and CFA Institute, working with two colleagues on the CFA Institute Research Challengeand  University  Relations,  as  well  as  on  smallerassignments. He  is  a  Swiss citizen, lives  in  the  city  of Zürich, speaks German and French, both native, as well as English.
