HR Meet & Greet. Second Edition

This is the second "HR Meet & Greet" event organized BY CFA Society Switzerland and supported by our Society to offer the opportunity to connect with HR representatives. This time the organizer invited Fintech companies: FICAS, SEBA Bank, Crypto Finance AG and Additiv.

You will have the chance to hear about each company, how it is to work for them, what different business models and opportunities they offer. We are very pleased to offer this event free of charge, so please register only if you can accommodate the event in your calendar. Register today » Spaces are limited - make sure to register early.

With respect to the companies and to registrant, we ask you to ensure you can actually take part in the event (or de-register early enough so somebody else can take your spot).

Here is how the online event will work

CFA Society Switzerland's Careers Committee Chair, Karol Brodzinski, CFA will welcome everybody in the online event. Following a short introduction, the audience will be split into four break-out rooms. Each company will introduce themselves for approximately 7-8 minutes in each break-out room where you will have the opportunity for your questions for 20 minutes. Thereafter, you will be moved to the next breakout room. Ultimately, each person will have the opportunity to hear a short presentation of the company and has the option to ask questions.

Christine Schmid
Head Strategy, Member of Executive Board, Additiv. Christine is passionate about future business models. Over 20 years experience in investments and markets, strategic planning and executive leadership. Regular board member, speaker and university lecturer. MSc in Economics, CFA.

Jan Brzezek
CEO and Founder, Crypto Finance AG. Before founding the financial technology company, Jan Brzezek held various positions at UBS Asset Management, Wealth Management & Investment Bank. In his last position at UBS, he was Business Manager for the President of UBS Asset Management. Additionally, he was a global innovation expert and worked on the impact of new technologies on the UBS business model.

Dr. Mattia L. Rattaggi
Chairman and Lead Advisor, FiCAS. Mattia seasoned investment professional, with over 25 years of experience in senior management roles in the financial industry, he brings a wealth of experience in finance and crypto finance corporate strategy and development. Mattia is a Co-Founder of SEBA Crypto AG, the first regulated universal crypto bank, and is the Founder and CEO of crypto advisory and consulting firm METI Advisory.

Tobias Klein
Chief HR Officer for SEBA Bank and one of the Co-Founders. Tobias is a Senior HR leader and expert with nearly two decades of experience in Human Capital Management and business transformation. He has built teams for tech-startups and acts as a strategic HR Business Partner for various Swiss based blockchain organizations.
