Katie Davison Jenkins is Director, Partnerships & Client Solutions at CFA Institute, responsible for building strategic relationships between CFA Institute, financial institutions, universities and regulators. With 12 years’ experience in Financial Services, Katie leads Business Development and Relationship Management across Central and Eastern Europe. Katie works closely with Senior Management, Human Resources and Learning & Development Professionals; supporting their workforce’s educational needs and identifying initiatives to partner on the advancement of professional standards and market integrity.
Ayesha Silva is Manager, Partnerships and Client Solutions at the CFA Institute, responsible for building strategic and strong collaborative relationships between the CFA Institute and members, Society leaders, investment professionals, human resources professionals, recruiters, practitioners, and other key constituents across our ecosystem. With 10 years of experience in Education, Business Development and Client Relations in different parts of the world, Ayesha is responsible for supporting and maintaining relationships for the Central and Eastern Europe client base, to broaden and increase client participation in CFA Institute programs and initiatives. Ayesha works closely with members of the EMEA Client Partnerships & Solutions team to promote engagement with multiple CFA Institute constituents to execute organizational strategy and deliver on our mission.
Prof. Krzysztof Jajuga is the President of CFA Society Poland. Professor of economic sciences, a lecturer at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and universities abroad (including Jiao Tong University in Shanghai). In his scientific and research work he focuses on finance as well as on statistics and econometrics. He heads the Department of Financial Investment and Risk Management and is also the Director of the Institute of Financial Management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. He is the Chair of the Committee on Statistics and Econometrics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and a member of the presidium of the Committee on Financial Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In addition, he is a member of the Central Commission for Degrees and Titles. He cooperates with numerous financial institutions and companies. He has served as a member of the Scientific Council of the National Bank of Poland and as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
