Information Session: 1st Edition of the ESGthon for Impact Competition

We invite you to a meeting dedicated to the new ESGthon for Impact competition, organized by CFA Society Poland and the GPW Foundation. The competition aims to promote ESG (environmental, social, governance) principles and demonstrate how to apply them in business practice.

During the session:

• We will present the competition rules targeted at students from all over Poland.
• We will discuss how the first stage works (hybrid training sessions and an online knowledge test) and what requirements must be met to advance to the next stage of the competition.
• We will talk about the task in the second stage, which involves analyzing a real-life case study from the perspective of ESG risks. Participants will be able to receive support from experts and company representatives.
• We will explain how teams (consisting of five people, ideally representing different universities and fields of study) can collaborate to prepare a final presentation and present it before the jury.
• We will reveal registration details starting at the beginning of February, and we will answer all organizational questions.

We welcome not only future participants but also representatives of student clubs who would like to help promote this initiative at their universities. This meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of participating in the competition and gain practical tips for working on the project. The session will be held in Polish.
